Holidays are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 6pm.
• Shorter breaks may be arranged outside peak periods but within the Saturday to Saturday period (minimum 3 nights).
• All prices include water, electric, heating, bath towels, bed linen and VAT.
• The minimum age for the person making any booking is 21. This person must be present at the log cabin throughout the holiday.
• There is strictly no smoking in the cabin.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and must not be left alone at any time.
• We welcome enquiries by phone or e-mail, but we work during the day and may not be able to respond to your enquiry immediately. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Provisional bookings made will be held for three days pending receipt of deposit (50% of full amount – non-refundable) and booking form. The balance is due 28 days before the start date of your holiday.

• We recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case you need to cancel your holiday in any unforeseeable circumstance.
